Academic publications

Most of my working life has been as a teacher and researcher of Japanese, Hokkien, and Mandarin Chinese.

I have published a unique and popular language learning ebook Spoken Hokkien, for Hokkien/Taiwanese – see its website for details. I have also published Spoken Chinese, a textbook for class-based or self-learning Mandarin Chinese, available online.

However, most of my publications and sharing events have been as academic publications and presentations.
